The Granary and Annex offer five bedrooms sleeping up to 12 across two adjoining self-contained buildings, with a private pool and 150 metres of private river frontage — the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, and fishing enthusiasts.

The Granary & Annex
Two beautifully converted adjoining buildings adjacent to the main farmhouse, offering self-contained accommodation across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each has its own private entrance and living area — perfect for families or groups of friends who want both togetherness and independence.
The Annex features a charming lounge with red leather sofas, an en-suite bedroom, and garden views. The Granary offers exposed beams, an open-plan living space with kitchen, and stairs to the upper bedrooms. Three of the five bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and two of the bedrooms share the family bathroom.

The Farmhouse — Opening 2028
The main farmhouse is currently being renovated and will be available to rent from 2028. Once complete, it will add two further bedrooms, a bathroom, another kitchen, a lounge area, and a living area — bringing the total property to seven bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The House and Garden
The swimming pool is set within the garden with views over the grounds and down to the river. Loungers and parasols are available — the perfect place to spend lazy afternoons.

River & Gardens
The five-acre grounds stretch down to the River Lot, with 150 metres of private river frontage. Two pontoons provide access for fishing and launching canoes or kayaks.
The gardens include manicured lawns, fruit orchards, a pétanque pitch (similar to bowls), and shaded seating areas — with wildlife including herons, kingfishers, and black kites regularly spotted.

Booking Terms
A 25% deposit secures your booking when arrival is more than 60 days away. Within 60 days, full payment is due at booking. July and August are weekly Saturday-to-Saturday stays. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
